Answers before your first call

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your health insurance card, any previous medical records (such as doctors’ letters or imaging results), a current list of medications, and the referral form from your GP. If any of these are missing, you can submit the documents at a later date. Further information can be found under “Forms” on our online reception page.

What does your care focus on?

We bring together three areas under one roof – that is our real strength:

  • Pain management: interdisciplinary treatment of acute and chronic pain, from diagnosis through to long-term care.

  • General practice care: continuous support as your regular point of contact, including coordination with other specialists and the management of chronic conditions.

  • Prevention: the early identification of health risks before symptoms arise.

Because these areas work closely together, you don’t have to repeat your medical history at every appointment – findings and treatment are seamlessly integrated.

Do you bill statutory and private health insurers?

We welcome patients with both statutory and private health insurance, as well as those paying out of their own pocket. We settle most services directly with your health insurance provider. However, some services – particularly those relating to prevention and specialised pain management – are not covered by statutory health insurance (so-called IGeL services). In such cases, we will provide you with a clear breakdown of the costs in advance – the decision is yours.

Are the practice rooms barrier-free?

Yes, our practice premises are fully accessible. If you need help getting here or require anything for your visit, please just get in touch with us beforehand – we want to make sure you have a smooth journey here, both literally and figuratively.
